It’s been 14 years since First 4 Figures began working with Nintendo. 14 years and 49 amazing statues later, we thought we’d take a look back at F4F’s entire collector’s catalogue of Nintendo figures. How many have you collected?

First 4 Figures began their highly anticipated series of Metroid collectibles with a Samus Aran statue in her ever popular Varia Suit, based on the Metroid Prime™ series. Utilizing official artwork and game files as inspiration for the pose, F4F was able to achieve an extremely accurate recreation of the Varia Suit.

The first non-playable character from The Legend of Zelda™ video game series to receive a First 4 Figures statue treatment was none other than the fan-favorite, Skull Kid. Accurately scaled to the other statues in F4F’s The Legend of Zelda™ series, this 9″ resin statue depicts Skull Kid wearing the cursed Majora’s Mask standing atop a tree stump base.

The first statue of Princess Zelda ever created by First 4 Figures features Zelda in her disguise as the legendary Sheikah warrior, Sheik! This statue features Sheik playing the harp, which she uses to teach Link songs throughout the course of The Legend of Zelda™: Ocarina of Time.

First 4 Figures began a new collection of models based on the different gunships in the Metroid universe, with the first one being Samus Aran’s from Metroid Prime™ 2: Echoes. The statue has a swivel joint to allow collectors to angle the ship however they want, and over 50 LED lights all throughout!

First 4 Figures completed the trio of Metroid Prime™ armors in 2008 with Phazon Suit Samus. The Phazon Suit used the same sculpt as the Varia Suit and Gravity Suit versions of Samus, but with an advanced LED lighting system that made the armor light up like no other Metroid statue before it!

Having previously released several statues of Samus Aran wearing her armor, First 4 Figures decided that their next Metroid release should be of Samus in her Zero Suit without the helmet. This particular statue is based on her appearance at the end of Metroid Prime™ 2: Echoes. A rare Zero Suit Samus Exclusive version was released with LED lights in the base and was limited to a mere 250 pieces.

With the rise in popularity of 1/4th scale statues among collectors, First 4 Figures decided to launch their very first quarter-scale statue line, starting with The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess. Surprising fans, the debut character for the series was the new villain of the video game, Zant. A rare exclusive version of Zant, limited to just 250 pieces, included interchangeable head pieces, with and without his helmet!

The first-ever F4F statue of a Goron, the proud Goron leader, Darunia, was a grand addition to the Ocarina of Time series! In perfect scale to the other pieces released in the Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask range of collectibles, the 15″ Darunia statue towers over all other pieces in the series. His base is inspired by the carpet found in his room where young Link first encounters him in Goron City.

The second piece in the Metroid Prime™ Gunship series was none other than the gunship featured in the original Metroid Prime™ and Metroid Prime™ Hunters video games! Like the previous statue in this lineup, this gunship was accurately recreated using the original game files, allowing for unprecedented levels of realism and accuracy. Internal LEDs in the windscreen, gun batteries, hull, and rear engines created a stunning lighting effect.

Link made his quarter-scale statue debut not as a man but as a wolf! The Wolf Link and Midna statue combined the immensely requested versions of Midna as an imp and Link as a wolf into one dynamic resin statue! The Exclusive version of the statue featured Midna with LED light-up hair!

The fourth Link statue released from The Legend of Zelda™: Ocarina of Time was a completely different sculpt than the previous three versions and is, in fact, a completely different character! The mini-boss of the legendary Water Temple, the shadowy Dark Link, is considered one of the most difficult enemies to battle in the video game. The exclusive version of this statue features his malevolent red light-up eyes.

The third release in First 4 Figures’ The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess series of statues was an epic centerpiece of Link riding his faithful horse, Epona! Measuring 17″ tall and 16″ long, this resin statue recreated the style and feel of Link and Epona as they would appear in the video game. Despite a substantial edition size of 2,500 pieces, this statue is highly sought-after and is very difficult to acquire today.

Tanooki Mario was the inaugural entry in the First 4 Figures series of resin Super Mario™ collectibles. This statue captures Mario wearing the Tanooki Suit in his trademark pose from the game, shaking his tail and ready to unleash the tail whip at any moment! The exclusive version features an additional red scarf and the Tanooki Leaf power-up on its own ? Block base!

After first appearing in statue form wearing her Sheik disguise seven years earlier, Princess Zelda finally received a statue of herself in her normal clothing in 2014. Working with the official The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess game files allowed First 4 Figures to capture her grace and elegance like never before in this 15″ polystone resin statue.

Following the success of the popular The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess series of 1/4 scale collectibles, First 4 Figures launched an all-new line of Metroid statues in the same scale. Rather than beginning with a revisit of the Varia Suit, F4F defied expectations by creating the never-before-done Samus Aran in her Light Suit!

Sword Kirby kicked off a collection of First 4 Figures statues based on the timeless Kirby™ series. The 16″ statue depicts Kirby wearing a green hat and wielding a sword, using one of his most famous and memorable copy abilities! This copy ability debuted in Kirby’s Adventure™ in 1993 and has been a staple of the series ever since. The exclusive version of this statue features LED lights in the sword-slashing effect that illustrates the power of the attack!

First 4 Figures introduced a new series of statues based on The Legend of Zelda™: The Wind Waker, with Link’s nemesis, Ganondorf, as the opening piece! The base of the 15″ statue was designed to resemble the tower from the final battle in the game, with water pouring over the patterned stone floor. For the exclusive version of Wind Waker Ganondorf, bright LED lights are integrated into the base, which pulses rhythmically and gives the impression of flowing water.

The second statue in First 4 Figures’ Kirby™ line is Kirby’s enigmatic masked rival, Meta Knight! Meta Knight is posed holding his sword, Galaxia, and is swooping through the air over the deck of the Battleship Halberd, leaving a trail of flame in his wake. The exclusive version of Meta Knight has LED lighting installed in the flame streaks to light the scene with dramatic effect, as well as his eyes to give him a more chilling presence.

Resting atop the trademark ? Block from the Mario™ series, Cat Mario depicts our hero in his yellow cat suit that first appeared in the Super Mario™ 3D World video game! The exclusive version came with the Lucky Bell power-up that turns Mario into Cat Mario, which sits atop a used block.

With just 125 pieces made, the metallic-painted Lucky Cat Mario is the most limited Nintendo statue ever created by First 4 Figures! This statue sold out in under an hour and is considered a holy grail by many collectors. As a variant of the exclusive version of the Cat Mario statue, Lucky Cat Mario also includes the Lucky Bell power-up on a used block base.

Although First 4 Figures’ The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess Zelda statue didn’t have an exclusive version, a variation of that statue was revealed in late 2015. Ganon’s Puppet Zelda was repainted to faithfully depict the princess as she appeared while spellbound by Ganon and features a newly-posed left arm.

Following the retail release of the Link and Scervo PVC statues from The Legend of Zelda™: Skyward Sword, First 4 Figures released a diorama that packaged both pieces along with an all-new resin Sandship base. For fans who purchased the Link and Scervo separately before the release of the diorama, the Sandship base was available for purchase in a very limited quantity of 100 pieces.

The second piece in the Metroid Prime™ 1/4 scale series was Samus Aran, in her instantly recognizable Varia Suit from Metroid Prime™ 2: Echoes. The exclusive version of this 20″ statue was the most complex item First 4 Figures has ever produced; with LED lights integrated throughout to bring this piece to life, as it’s seen in the games.

Standing at 25″ tall from the tip of the mast to the base, the Link on the King of Red Lions statue is one of the largest pieces in any of First 4 Figures’ The Legend of Zelda™ lineups. The exclusive version of this statue features bright LEDs in the base that pulse rhythmically, giving the impression of flowing water.

The very first life-size replica that First 4 Figures ever released was Majora’s Mask from The Legend of Zelda™: Majora’s Mask! This polystone resin mask featured haunting LED light-up eyes and magnetically attached horns. With an edition size of 2,600 pieces, the Life-Size Majora’s Mask Replica still holds the title as F4F’s best-selling resin collectible to date.
The Legend of Zelda™: Breath of the Wild Link statue kicked off the modern era of First 4 Figures PVC collectibles! Unlike all the previously released F4F PVC statues, Link was only available at local retailers. This figure doesn’t have a limited edition run and is still available today through local retailers.

First appearing in Kirby Super Star, Fighter Kirby is another one of Kirby’s first copy abilities. While wearing a red headband, Fighter Kirby can fire energy blasts when punching and kicking his enemies. This statue is based on Kirby’s Return to Dream Land™, where Kirby’s headband obtained a subtle pink banding along the sides and a yellow star in the front. The Exclusive edition of the 13″ Fighter Kirby statue integrates LEDs in the Spin Kick to demonstrate its fiery power!

Having already released three versions of Mario, First 4 Figures decided to capture Mario’s longtime adversary, Bowser, in statue form in 2017! To properly scale Bowser so that he would be the correct size next to Mario, this statue had to be 21″ deep, 19″ tall, and 19″ wide! The exclusive version includes a massive light-up flame, which you can switch out his tongue for. With that installed, Bowser’s total depth reaches a whopping 29″ and weighs a hefty 21.1 kilograms!

The seventh and most recent statue added to the lineup for The Legend of Zelda™: Twilight Princess was First 4 Figures’ True Form Midna statue! This fan-favorite character was rallied for and demanded by fans for many years prior to being announced for release. Just like the imp version of Midna from the previous Wolf Link and Midna statue, the exclusive version of True Form Midna features light-up LED hair. In addition, glow-in-the-dark paint was utilized for some of the details on the statue to give her an otherworldly glow.

To celebrate the highly requested True Form Midna statue, First 4 Figures created their first-ever Definitive Edition version of a statue. This True Form Midna (Definitive Edition) statue comes with its own premium display case, eight adjustable black lights to highlight the UV paint, a rotating base, and a remote that controls all the electrical features!

Due to popular demand from the fans, this iconic version of Kirby riding a warp star was created as the fourth statue in the series! The exclusive version has LED light-up features for the warp star itself and the small stars on the base; it even has an animated “twinkling “setting.

Over a dozen years after the release of the first Samus statue by F4F, an all-new line of Metroid Villains launched in order to give the bounty hunter some antagonists to fight. The inaugural entry in the lineup is the iconic Space Pirate from Metroid Prime™, Meta Ridley! At an impressive 37″ tall, Meta Ridley is among the tallest Nintendo statues ever made.

Yoshi is Mario’s trusted companion throughout our hero’s adventures to rescue Princess Peach and foil the villainous plans of the dastardly Bowser. The two together make this the definitive centerpiece for any Mario fan. The Exclusive Edition even comes with a Yoshi Egg nesting atop its own landscape base.

After the debut of Definitive Editions with True Form Midna, First 4 Figures’ Mario lineup also received the same treatment, starting things of with the Mario and Yoshi statue! In addition to the Yoshi Egg included with the Exclusive Edition, the Definitive Edition also incorporates a much larger magnetized environmental base, three interchangeable flowers, and magnetic Mario and Bowser checkpoint flags!

After years of fan feedback, the opportunity finally arose to release a Luigi statue when Luigi’s Mansion™ 3 launched for the Nintendo Switch! While the Standard Edition of this statue features Luigi by himself, the Collector’s Edition and Exclusive Edition both include a light-up Polterpup sidekick, glow-in-the-dark paw prints on the base, and LED lights for the powerful Poltergust G-00.

Fans have been wanting a Zelda statue to pair with their The Legend of Zelda™: Breath of the Wild Link, and in late 2019, Princess Zelda was finally revealed! Unlike Link’s initial release, an Exclusive Edition of Zelda was available on the First 4 Figures website, which featured LED light-up functions, premium deluxe packaging, and more!

Given the success of the Life-Size Majora’s Mask Replica, it was only natural that a new version of the magical mask would release in PVC form! Rather than just being a smaller version of the resin statue, the Majora’s Mask PVC comes with its own unique features. This statue is wall-mountable, and the Collector’s Edition and Exclusive Edition also come with a completely different base than the resin and are motion-sensor capable in the eyes’ LEDs. In terms of sales, Majora’s Mask PVC has now become First 4 Figures’ best-selling item of all time!

In response to fan demand and in celebration of the popularity of our original The Legend of Zelda™: Breath of the Wild Link statue, we have created two new versions of the statue. The Collector’s Edition includes new LED light-up features for the Ancient Arrow, Sheikah Slate and Sheikah Eye Symbol base! Meanwhile, the Exclusive Edition of the statue includes those new LED functions, as well as a new Premium Deluxe Box, Authentication Card and limited edition numbering!
