As the year suggests, Resident Evil 3 (2020) is a remake of the 1999 classic survival horror game, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, developed and published by Capcom. The game features characters Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira in their attempt to survive a zombie apocalypse in the infamous Raccoon City. Jill repeatedly encounters the monstrous Nemesis, an intelligent bio-weapon sent to hunt her down.
After three years of development, Resident Evil 3 (2020) was officially announced in PlayStation’s State of Play in December 2019 and was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam in April 2020. The game received favorable reviews that praised its graphics, sound, and fast-paced gameplay. Within the first five days of the game’s release, Resident Evil 3 (2020) had already sold over two million copies worldwide.
